Create a consumer within Bloom. The first step in the process of fetching credit data is creating a consumer within Bloom. For most use cases, we require full name, date of birth, full SSN, and address to register the consumer. You can either send a full 9-digit SSN or the last 4 SSN digits.
Sandbox
When working in the Sandbox environment, you should send along fake consumer data. That means you can use a random Name, Date of Birth, SSN etc. As long as the values are formatted correctly, the fake consumer should be registered sucessfully.
