Creates up to 24 statements in a single request. Each statement is validated and persisted independently, so the call returns 201 even when some statements fail: successfully created statements are listed under success and rejected ones under fail, each with the errors that caused the rejection. Statements are correlated to the request by statement_identifier together with account_id and statement_date. Supplying more than 24 statements rejects the whole request with 422.
