Creates up to 24 furnished accounts in a single request. Each account is validated and persisted independently, so the call returns 201 even when some accounts fail: successfully created accounts are listed under success and rejected ones under fail, each with the errors that caused the rejection. Accounts are correlated to the request by external_account_identifier. Supplying more than 24 accounts rejects the whole request with 422.
