# What is Enablement Services?

## Overview

CPD Enablement Services is an API-driven solution that enables partner institutions to integrate directly with Bloom+ without the complexity of building and managing the underlying infrastructure. This API-driven solution allows you to integrate seamlessly with Bloom+ while maintaining full control over your user experience and branding. By leveraging Bloom’s backend services, partners can handle data enrichment, Metro2 generation, and credit bureau compliance efficiently, allowing them to act as the data furnisher without the need to build complex internal infrastructure.

## Who It’s For

This solution is ideal for:

* Clients or prospects with established consumer relationships.
* Institutions with first-party or aggregator-facilitated access to DDA account data.
* Organizations that wish to report CPD but lack the resources or desire to develop a comprehensive tech stack

## What It Offers

* **Integration:** Bloom’s GraphQL APIs streamline the management of consumer profiles for credit bureau reporting. Partners can:
  * Search and identify eligible recurring payments.
  * Submit attestation data for verification.
  * Manage attested and enrolled payments through a centralized platform.
* **User Experience:** Partner institutions retain full control of the UI and consumer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience tailored to their brand.
* **Data Aggregation Method:** Securely share aggregator tokens via APIs to enable data enrichment and identification of eligible transactions.
* **Credentialed Entity:** The partner institution acts as the credentialed data furnisher, while Bloom manages Metro2 file generation using enriched data services.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://developers.bloomcredit.io/docs/v2.1/enablement-services/what-is-enablement-services.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
